Program Coordinator & AI Product Builder · Kigali, Rwanda
Bridging education and technology to create meaningful learning experiences for learners — across program coordination, AI product development, and evidence-informed design.
About
I am a program coordination and EdTech professional based in Kigali, Rwanda, with roots in Freetown, Sierra Leone. My work sits at the intersection of learning design, operational systems, and digital tools — always in service of young people's pathways to dignified work.
Results-driven program coordinator with deep experience in operations, logistics, and digital learning environments. I have a proven track record of enhancing program efficiency and learner engagement across multi-stakeholder, cross-continental programs — from coordinating 141 public sector fellows across 17+ African countries to founding Student Companion AI, an AI-powered student support platform built on the Anthropic Claude API.
I am a UN Millennium Fellow (Class of 2023), selected from over 44,000 global applicants — and an ALU graduate with a BSc (Hons) Entrepreneurial Leadership, First Class Honours (1st) (graduating July 2026). I synthesize feedback into action, build systems that scale, and bring rigour to every program I touch.
"Building the systems through which Africa's next generation learns, grows, and leads."
Every program, tool, or system I build is evaluated by one question: does it actually help the learner?
Tracking dashboards, feedback loops, and evidence — not assumptions — drive the improvements I recommend.
Good intentions need good systems. I bring rigour to scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
Shaped by experience across Sierra Leone, Rwanda, and Togo, I bring a globally informed perspective to the challenges and opportunities unique to African education systems.

Recommendations
His intellectual discipline, curiosity, and ability to translate learning into action consistently set him apart among his peers. Andrew asks questions that push conversations deeper and often draws connections between policy, technology, and learning systems — evidence of a reflective thinker and future systems leader.
Andrew is undoubtedly one of the most exciting students I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He impressed us from day one with his enthusiasm, efficiency and hard work, and later became a key person for the success of the 3 years comparative 2016 study we did in Sierra Leone. Responsible, punctual, bright and always eager to learn and find solutions — I have no hesitation in endorsing his ability and skills.
